Who is Behind The work?

SCRATCH TO REVEAL

00%

I’m Atika Adela, a Product Designer who enjoys working where things get complicated. I design digital products, systems, and experiences across web and mobile — turning complexity into clarity.

The Record

Seven chapters, most recent first. Open one.

  1. R01Noxus Ideata PrimaUI / UX DESIGNERMAY 2025 — NOW

Web and mobile interfaces, taken from first question to shipped screen. Wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI, each tied back to a business goal. Design systems built with engineering, not handed over to it.

  2. R02Pupuk IndonesiaFREELANCE UI / UX DESIGNERMAY 2025 — NOW

Six enterprise modules: asset management, risk, integrated governance, investment development, DIGITJSL and corporate performance reporting. Governance flows that carried a dozen exceptions each, redrawn until they read in one pass.

  3. R03IndependentFREELANCE UI / UX DESIGNER2025 — NOW

Four briefs of my own: STIKes Mitra Keluarga, Strovia, and two Unilever-related logo and campaign projects. Flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and every visual asset around them.

  4. R04Blue Eyed Global IndonesiaFREELANCE UI / UX DESIGNERAUG — OCT 2025

A full redesign of an AI advertising platform, web and mobile. Navigation rebuilt for clarity, then colour and visual direction tuned to match.

  5. R05LezendaFREELANCE UI / UX DESIGNERAUG 2024 — MAR 2025

Eight products in eight months, across AI, health tech and loyalty. Research, wireframes, prototypes and design systems, end to end. Plus the pitch decks and mockups that went in front of investors.

  6. R06Enam Dua TeknologiUI DESIGNERMAY 2023 — MAY 2024

Fifteen projects in twelve months. Warehouse, workforce, hospitality and pharmaceutical systems, all operational, none forgiving. Research and usability testing run next to engineering and operations.

  7. R07Kaizenesia PasifikUI / UX DESIGNERDEC 2022 — MAR 2023

Where I learned to test early: research, usability sessions and feedback analysis, then web UI and prototypes.

THE JOURNEY — IN FOUR FRAMES

I didn’t start
in design.

I started by building things with code. Somewhere along the way I became more interested in what happens before the code — how people understand a product, and why some systems feel effortless while others don’t.

012019 — 2022
I learned how things get built — in brackets and semicolons.
022022 — 2023
Then one question wouldn’t leave me alone: who is this actually for?
032023 — 2024
Fifteen projects in a year. Every brief arrived as a knot.
042025 →
Pull one thread patiently and the structure shows itself.

I still think like an engineer.

I just design what people experience.

THE FOUNDATION

D3 Informatics Engineering

Universitas Sumatera Utara, 2019–2022 · GPA 3.78. Final project: an augmented-reality e-catalogue with virtual try-on for optical glasses. Lab assistant 2020–2022.

HOW I THINK

I don’t just design screens.

I design what happens between them.

Where does everything live, and what happens next?

  • INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
  • USER FLOWS
  • DESIGN SYSTEMS
  • ENTERPRISE UX

Surface

How it looks, how it responds, how it feels to use.

I look twice.

At things most people pass by.

  1. N.01Good typography makes even ordinary things worth reading.
  2. N.02I like things that reveal why they were made that way.
  3. N.03The smallest decisions are often the ones people remember.
  4. N.04I collect things before I know what they’re for.
  5. N.05Even outside a screen, I’m looking for the logic underneath.

I like when something looks simple, especially when I know how complicated it was underneath.

THE LAST NOTE — OPEN FOR COLLABORATION

Send me the project nobody wants to open.

I’ll find the structure and make it make sense.
